1. Information We Collect
Welcome to Tinted Health / TH Medical Solutions, PC (“we,”“our,” “us”). By accessing or using www.tintedhealth.io (the “Site”) and our telehealth services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service(“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Tinted Health is a telehealth platform providing virtual healthcare services to patients through employer-sponsored benefits. Additionally, consumers can opt into services without employer coverage.
2. Eligibility
– You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
– You must reside in a state where Tinted Health is authorized to provide telehealth services.
– If services are provided as part of an employer benefit plan, your eligibility is subject to your employer’s participation.
3. Nature of Services
– Our licensed clinicians provide non-emergency medical consultations, care plans, and culturally literate healthcare support.
– NOT for emergencies: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
– Services may not replace all healthcare needs and or coverage. We encourage you to maintain an ongoing relationship with an in-person physician.
4. User Responsibilities
– Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and consultations.
– Do not misuse the Services, including attempts to gain unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or impersonate others.
– You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Patient Rights
As a Tinted Health patient, you have the right to:
– Be treated with respect and dignity regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or cultural background.
– Receive culturally competent, bias-aware healthcare.
– Access your medical records as permitted by law.
– Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete records.
– Privacy and confidentiality of your health information in accordance withHIPAA and state law.
6. Payment & Insurance
– If services are provided through your employer, billing will be managed through your employer’s benefit plan.
– You may be responsible for copays, coinsurance, or non-covered services depending on your plan.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks on the Site belong toTinted Health and may not be used without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tinted Health is not liable for damages arising from:
– Misuse of the platform.
– Delays or disruptions in telecommunication services.
– Medical outcomes outside of the reasonable standard of care.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access tothe Services at our discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
